I’m a Chiropractor, registered with the General Chiropractic Council No 03424. Throughout my life I have always been passionate about helping people whenever I possibly can. I was born and raised in Russia, where I lived with my family until I was in my early twenties. It was in Russia where I developed an interest in holistic medicine and therapies for improving health, vitality and well-being.
Living in the UK, I combined my passion and interests to undertake diploma courses in Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology and used these to treat members at a local health club and Spa for a number of years. The ability to provide rejuvenation and pain relief through the treatments I performed, partially fulfilled my ambitions, but I yearned to do more… A visit to a local Chiropractor enthralled me, for it opened up a realm of exciting new opportunities.
The ethos of Chiropractic treatment was a revelation to me; a previously unknown entity, as the profession does not exist in Russia. Chiropractic appeared to offer all of the ingredients necessary for my personal fulfillment with the ability to meet, interact with and help clients through holistic treatment techniques that are controlled through a body of strict ethics.
This discovery led me to research the profession further and following a visit to the Bournemouth Chiropractic College (AECC) I decided to apply to undertake the five-year Masters of Chiropractic course, and deem myself to be extremely fortunate to have been accepted. Throughout the course I was able to develop my existing skills and learn others, including a keen interest of the effects of diet on well-being. I undertook my thesis in the last year of my course on Chiropractic and its use as a treatment for Multiple Sclerosis.
After qualification I joined a busy practice, but also have maintained my skill base in the other therapy techniques that I have studied. These skills have been utilised to treat my clients who come from many backgrounds, each with their own individual range of symptoms and health challenges. I love my work as a Chiropractor and always strive to provide my clients with a professional and friendly service. I enjoy getting to know everyone individually and I look forward to meeting you too.
As a fully qualified Chiropractor I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council and also a member of the British Chiropractic Association. I am also the Network Spinal Analysis Chiropractor at Beach House Chiropractic. More information on this gentle approach to Chiropractic can be found here.
