Over two decades ago, Ali and David Elphick began their journey in the Health & Fitness Industry—driven by a passion for helping people live healthier, more vibrant lives. A turning point came when they discovered Chiropractic care: a natural, drug-free approach to health that doesn’t just mask symptoms, but works with the body’s own ability to heal. Inspired by its life-changing potential, Ali retrained as a Chiropractor at the prestigious Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, while David immersed himself in supporting some of the UK’s leading Chiropractic and wellness clinics.
In April 2012, their vision took shape with the opening of Beach House Chiropractic, a true family-run clinic. Housed in a former GP surgery in Goring-by-Sea, the clinic quickly became a trusted hub for the community, offering natural solutions to pain and supporting long-term wellbeing. As demand grew, the clinic team expanded and relocated to Broadwater, Worthing—keeping the name Beach House as a symbol of its roots—expanding into a thriving centre with five highly skilled Chiropractors, alongside a dedicated team of Physiotherapists and Sports Massage Therapists.
But the growth didn’t stop there. In 2022, Beach House Chiropractic 360 opened its doors on South Farm Road, offering a more complete circle of physical care. Alongside traditional hands-on therapies, the clinic introduced advanced technologies such as Shockwave Therapy and IDD Disc Decompression—cutting-edge tools that complement natural healing and broaden the options for those struggling with persistent conditions.
Today, Beach House Chiropractic has grown into the leading natural health clinic in Worthing, proudly supporting over a thousand people every month. The mission is simple yet powerful: to help people move beyond pain, restore balance, and reclaim their active lives—naturally. To live a ‘life at your best’.
