What is IDD Decompression Treatment?

IDD Decompression Treatment is a specialist non-surgical therapy which relieves pressure on targeted spinal discs and gently restores mobility in the affected area. IDD stands for ‘Intervertebral Differential Dynamics’.

How it Works

Patients spend up to an hour in the clinic for each treatment – Parking is available.

By decompressing (taking pressure off) an injured or bulging/ herniated disc and gently stretching the soft tissues, we can improve mobility in the spine and allow the body’s own natural healing mechanisms to operate more efficiently. The goal is to work stiff ligaments and tight muscles, help the body to retract a disc bulge and to help restore what we refer to as ‘the disc pump’.
