Many patients choose to use their Health Insurance Benefit at our clinic. We can support this with both Reimbursement Plans and Practitioner Plans.
A Reimbursement Plan is the term used when an insurance company will reimburse you once you have had the treatment and already paid our clinic directly. Our clinic provides an invoice for you to send to the insurer. Although each insurer has specific policies in place, typically you will be able to claim treatments with the following members of our team;
- Chiropractic – All of our Chiropractors are registered with the General Chiropractic Council and their respective registration number appears on the invoice we create.
- Physiotherapy – Both of our Physiotherapists are registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and their respective registration number appears on the invoice we create.
- Sports Massage – Both Physiotherapists (as above). David Elphick is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (208838)
- Acupuncture – Anna Chapman is a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians and the British Acupuncture Federation.
Practitioner Plans differ in the fact that the Insurer is billed directly by our clinic and you only pay any policy excess that is owed (if applicable) after treatment. We typically bill the insurers at the end of each month. To claim you will need to speak with your insurer before making an appointment. Your insurer will provide a membership number and claim reference that we will need. To be eligible for using a Practitioner Plan we ask you to sign an Insurance Agreement before your first appointment. We don’t work with BUPA. Practitioner Plans can be used with the following insurers and members of our team;
- AXA PPP
- Chiropractic – James Broad
- Physiotherapy – Dimitrios Papadopoulos
- Aviva
- Chiropractic – James Broad and Yulia Howe
- WPA
- Chiropractic – James Broad, Bartek Sujczynski and Yulia Howe
